Comet 4 Fuselage Object

I have taken the plunge, and remodelled the fuselage as an object. This has the following advantages:
- The nose gear can retract into a proper wheel-well;
- The gear doors can be cut from the skin of the fuselage, giving them a better shape;
- The cockpit windshield and windshield frame have more detail;
- It paves the way for new features in X-Plane version 9xx.

I have also added an interior skin. A complete passenger compartment is low on my list of priorities, this merely gives a shadowy substance when you peer in through a window.
